Since childhood we learned from our history books about Christopher
Columbus and all the other European explorers finding amazing
discoveries in the Americas and bringing their finds back to the "Old
World". Fast forward to the present time, and Americans like Michael
and Julius are "reverse exploring" the "old world" and bringing their
finds back to America. But it's not only their finds that they love to
bring, it's also whatever other finds that Americans have found when
exploring Europe. We invite you to share your exploration experience
and would be more than happy to fulfill any of your product requests!
Why the First Decade of the New Millennium is Significant to
Owners, Michael Colvin & Julius Arcángel Patam?
A decade ago Julius and Michael first moved to France and fell in love
with the culture and foods. Throughout the decade they lived and
traveled throughout Europe, especially Spain, France and Italy. Their
passion for foods from these regions became evermore stronger.
During the decade they took time to learn recipes new to them (but
common in the place of origin) and share the foods and experience
with friends and family. Whenever Julius & Michael share their foods,
they are most rewarded. Nearly a decade later, their passion for
foods of these regions compelled them to open up a small deli and
market serving foods and offering retail food products of these
regions. A decade of learning and appreciating the foods and cultures
of these countries... That is why the first decade of the new millennium
is significant to them.... and off into a new decade where the learning
and true appreciation never ends!
